Under his leadership, the multi-national firm gained unrivalled success. He moved on to the board of Catalyst Recruitment as non-executive Director before founding RIBreport in 2003. As an industry advisor, mentor and coach, Nigel soon learned leaders wanted to know how they compared to their peers. RIBreport provided the answers with a monthly unbiased perspective on the health of staffing and recruitment firms. Nigel takes great pride in now taking this model online and vastly expanding the offering to staffing and recruitment firms across the globe.
